We're looking for a Paralegal to strengthen our Operations Team and play a key role in the delivery of our services to clients. This is not a traditional paralegal role – you'll be at the crossroads of law, technology, and process innovation. Your Role As a Paralegal – Legal Operations & Compliance Innovation, you will: Support client projects and occasionally work directly with clients. Bridge law & tech: work with off-the-shelf legal tools internally and for clients (contract automation, corporate housekeeping, ...), internal proprietary tools (ClawScan & ABCD), process flow tools (Camunda/Zeebe), and AI-powered assistants to make compliance more actionable. Collaborate closely with internal "owners" of specific legal or business areas. Help build and maintain the knowledge resources that power our methodology (policies, registers, toolkits, processes, etc.). What We're Looking For Trilingual: French, Dutch, English (spoken & written). Legal background (law or paralegal studies). Tech-curious mindset – comfortable with modern tools & eager to learn. Structured & detail-oriented, able to translate complex requirements into clear resources. Proactive & collaborative – you thrive in a small, innovative team.
