Solution Architect Position For a client, we are seeking a Solution Architect to join our team and strengthen our Residential architecture team. Details Start Date: 2026 Employment Type: Full-time Duration: 1 year, with the possibility of extension Languages Required: Dutch and English Responsibilities Design solution architectures for complex systems with multiple applications and integrations. Work on multiple initiatives within the Residential area, often related to CSS and BSS application layers. Conduct high-level impact assessments and create solution designs for projects. Align with stakeholders to ensure the architecture meets business needs. Prepare architectural solution alternatives, designs, analyze needs, and formulate transformation plans. Help stakeholders understand complexity and costs, challenge business requirements, and provide alternatives. Map out the full cost picture and define feasibility and first workable versions. Contribute to long-term vision on application modernization and rationalization. Enforce guardrails within the organization to maintain an evolving and maintainable application landscape. Contribute to the enterprise architecture way of thinking. Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field. 10 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 5 years in an architect role within a complex environment. Must-Have Skills Experience designing architectural alternatives and solutions, with the ability to work independently. Hands‑on mentality and willingness to operate beyond the strict boundaries of the job description. Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and build bridges across departments. Ability to perform impact assessments and provide the best solution, considering all relevant factors. Ability to present solutions to groups and convince stakeholders. Adaptability to change and effectiveness in a fast‑paced environment. General knowledge of the software development lifecycle. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with a complex and large application landscape. Experience with tools like Confluence and LeanIX for documentation. Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture. Experience in the telecom sector. Experience working in a scaled agile environment. Collaboration experience with offshore teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
