Jouw uitdaging Vanuit Solution Architecture & Governance neem je de verantwoordelijk voor het definiëren, bewaken en handhaven van architecturale richtlijnen en standaarden binnen de organisatie. Deze rol fungeert als “gatekeeper” voor solution designs en zorgt voor alignment met de bredere enterprise- en domeinarchitectuur. Kerntaken en verantwoordelijkheden Architecturale governance: Ontwikkelen en handhaven van architecturale principes, richtlijnen en standaarden. Cross-team alignment: Samenwerken met productteams om architecturale keuzes af te stemmen en duplicatie of technische schuld te vermijden. Solution design: Ontwerpen van technische oplossingen op basis van business requirements, architecturale richtlijnen en technologische mogelijkheden. Technische review en goedkeuring: Beoordelen van solution designs en technische implementaties op conformiteit met de architectuurvisie. Roadmap en strategie: Bijdragen aan de lange termijn technologie-roadmap en strategische keuzes. Je werkt nauw samen met Consistentie en herbruikbaarheid van architecturale componenten Vermindering van technical Debt Tevredenheid van development teams over architecturale ondersteuning Aantal goedgekeurde designs zonder herontwerp Je werkt in een hybride omgeving waarbij 2 dagen onsite en de andere dagen remote van thuis uit. Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als solution architect of in een vergelijkbare technische leiderschapsrol Diepgaande kennis van moderne softwarearchitectuur (cloud-native, microservices, API-first, etc.) Ervaring met architecturale governance en het werken in een scaled agile omgeving Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en stakeholdermanagement Ervaring met enterprise architectuur frameworks (zoals TOGAF, SAFe, etc.) is een plus Je hebt ervaring met Azure stack, Cloud development, C# .net, Blazor, Domain-Driven Design, Test-Driven Development Ervaring met Infrastructure as Code (vb Terraform) is een bonus alsook met werken in Agile /Scrum teams met tools als Jira of Azure Boards Nederlands is een vereiste, Engels een pluspunt Durf, verbinding en eenvoud… Dat zijn waarden waar jij je helemaal in kan vinden.
