Sales Manager ICT Recruitment & Junior Classes Description/Role: As a Senior Solution Architect you will help build our application landscape, working closely with the Product & Technology and Customer Operations circles during a critical initiative involving shared services and network integration. The consultant will bridge the gap until a permanent hire is onboarded and coach the new internal architect during transition. Responsibilities Define end-to-end solution architecture for initiatives aligned with our vision, guardrails and business objectives. Translate business needs into solution designs, alternatives, and transformation roadmaps. Document decisions, assumptions, and pro/con analyses for forums and stakeholders. Engage in stakeholder management across multiple teams and tribes. Provide guidance and coaching to the future internal architect. Ensure compliance with architectural principles and long-term modernization goals. Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or equivalent through experience. 10+ years of relevant experience in solution architecture or enterprise architecture Strong knowledge of Design principles (SOLID, Domain Driven Design, Microservices) Modelling techniques (UML, BPMN, ArchiMate, C4) Familiarity with telecom BSS/OSS systems and integration concepts. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment. Must have skills Proven seniority in solution architecture roles. Strong problem-solving mindset and initiative-taking attitude. Experience in high-level solution design (not detailed technical design). Ability to coach and transfer knowledge. Nice to have skills Experience in telecom industry. Knowledge of generative AI concepts. Agile certifications (experience is more important than certificates).
