Een kritische functie in een mensgerichte, efficiënte en maatschappelijk nuttige onderneming
Als Senior Underwriter/Pricing Analyst is het uw belangrijkste taak uw interne collega's te adviseren over de beste prijsstrategieën voor zowel nieuwe als bestaande producten en diensten (schadeverzekeringssector):
Dit houdt in dat u:
- werkt binnen een internationaal tarificatieteam dat, naast uzelf, bestaat uit drie collega's gevestigd in respectievelijk Duitsland, Oostenrijk en Zwitserland;
- rapporteert aan de Head of Insurances gevestigd in Oostenrijk;
- prijsstrategieën bepaalt en plant in het kader van B2B-aanbestedingen en productontwikkeling;
- gegevens verzamelt en analyseert van schadeclaims, kosten en markttrends van de voorbije jaren;
- de prijszetting bepaalt voor alle producten en diensten op vlak schadeverzekering voor zowel internationale als nationale klanten;
- groeimogelijkheden identificeert en de bestaande portfoliostructuur opvolgt en evalueert (klanten en producten);
- vanuit een businessperspectief ondersteuning biedt aan actuariële analyses;
- nauw samenwerkt met de collega's van Product management en met internationale stakeholders.
Vereisten:
- Masterdiploma in economie/financiën, wiskunde, exacte wetenschappen (data-analyse), technisch management... U hebt minimum 3 jaar bewezen ervaring in prijsbepaling of in data-analyse in de verzekeringssector.
- U beschikt over uitstekende vaardigheden in Excel en hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met moderne analysemethoden en -tools voor complexe datasets.
- U houdt ervan gegevens in de diepte te analyseren; u beschikt over sterke analytische en conceptuele vaardigheden.
- U spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Frans en hebt een goede beheersing van het Engels.
- U bent pragmatisch ingesteld, autonoom en werkt graag samen in teamverband.
