Role:As an Onsite IT Support Engineer, you will provide technical support to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, and configuring and maintaining their IT infrastructure.Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, and operating system issuesYou will work independently or as part of a teamInstalling, upgrading, supporting, and resolving issues with end-user workspace hardware, such as desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and video and conferencing equipmentYou will analyze errors, maintain hardware, install/remove workstations, install and configure new software (IMACD), and manage user accounts via Active DirectoryImplementing software and operating systems using SCCM or other deployment technologiesYou will document your approach and resolution of issues in a ticketing systemAsset managementRequirements:Fluent in Dutch, French & EnglishGood general understanding of IT principles such as Networks, Hardware and DomainsGood working knowledge of Operating system such as Windows and Mac related software and applicationsGood experience in End User device hardware and software troubleshootingExperience with building, configuring, replacing and troubleshooting EUC hardware componentsAwareness of Data Backup principlesLogical and analytical approach to workGood experience of supporting devices such as Printers and Meeting Room equipment’sBenefits:Buddy programCar Allowance/ KM AllowanceHealth/ Medical insuranceOnboarding programPhone allowance/ Company PhonePrivate use of company carTicket Restaurant (Edenred, Sodexo, UP)/ Meal VoucherUnlimited employment contractBe part of UsHemmersbach provides IT infrastructure services in more than 190 countries with 50 own subsidiaries.
