Als 2nd Line Support Engineer ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen technologie en gebruikers. Je combineert technische expertise met klantgerichte communicatie en neemt het voortouw bij installaties, migraties en ondersteuning. Je bent proactief, gestructureerd en hebt een passie voor IT-infrastructuur en moderne werkplekoplossingen. Met jouw ervaring weet je complexe vraagstukken om te zetten in praktische oplossingen, zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband. Je zorgt voor een vlotte installatie en ondersteuning van IT-systemen op locatie. Als het vaste aanspreekpunt help je gebruikers bij vragen of problemen en bied je duidelijke, efficiënte oplossingen. User training en begeleiding. Je leidt gebruikers op en begeleidt hen bij het werken met nieuwe producten en systemen. Je zorgt voor een zorgvuldige vervanging van verouderde systemen door nieuwe infrastructuur. Je draagt zorg voor een correcte en volledige overdracht van data naar nieuwe toestellen. Bachelor- of graduaatsdiploma in een IT-infrastructuur richting. Meerdere jaren relevante ervaring als 1st Line Support Engineer of Onsite Support Engineer. Sterke technische kennis van Windows Servers, Office 365, Active Directory en netwerkbeheer. Professionele, klantgerichte communicatie in Nederlands en Engels (kennis van Frans is een plus). Zelfstandig en teamgericht; Sterke interesse in IT-infrastructuur en modern workplace-oplossingen, met de ambitie om expertise verder te ontwikkelen.
