We’re looking for an IT Support Engineer to strengthen our internal IT operations at our headquarters in Leuven. In this role, you’ll assist employees with day-to-day technical challenges, manage support tickets, and help identify opportunities for automation and optimization. You’ll play a key role in keeping our internal systems stable and efficient.
Your responsibilities
Manage and resolve IT support tickets through our internal ticketing system.
Provide first-line technical assistance to colleagues.
Spot opportunities to streamline processes and automate recurring tasks.
Support onboarding and offboarding for new and departing team members.
Work closely with the internal IT team to continuously refine and improve operations.
What you bring
An IT-related education (e.g., a bachelor’s degree in applied computer science) or relevant experience in an IT support role.
A genuine interest in technology and helping colleagues solve problems.
A structured and proactive approach to managing tasks and follow-ups.
Interest in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell).
Experience with — or eagerness to learn — Microsoft technologies such as Azure, EntraID, IAM, SSO, or APIs.
Clear, friendly, and professional communication skills.
