MISSION

As a Travelling NARS MUA, you are a brand ambassador dedicated to the brand NARS in all brand points of sale in North Belgium (Vlaanderen). You are responsible for achieving your sales targets while promoting the brand image and providing a personalized NARS service to customers. In this role, the development of the brand image and sell-out is key.

ORGANISATION
Reports to: Retail and Key Account Manager
Job Location: NARS point of sales in North Belgium (Vlaanderen)
Contract type: Fulltime – 5 days working week from Tuesday until Saturday

Job responsibilities Sales & Artistry in Retail

  • Achieve retail sales targets, appointment goals, and average unit sale goals per each event.
  • Recruit new customers and strengthen the loyalty of existing customers for the brand/products.
  • Convey NARS technique and service expectations by leading by example.
  • Ensure the counters are merchandised to the highest level based on the brand guidelines.
  • Ensure stock levels are maintained to agreed levels in the correct product mix.
  • Support major sales and marketing activities in store.
  • Work to standards set by the company and follow company and store rules.
  • Analyze sales and stock situation and report to Retail & Key Account Manager weekly.
  • Complete administrative tasks: tester orders, weekly sales reports, monthly feedback report.

Job responsibilities Training & Coaching in Retail

  • Coach and motivate employees of the NARS point-of-sales about the brand and products.
  • Organize NARS instore training events in line with international brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with International Education team on developing retailer training events.
  • Ensure that all points of sale are in line with brand standards.

OTHER SKILLS / CRITERIA

  • Completed training & qualifications in make-up artistry.
  • Commercially minded and results-oriented; strong in serving and advising customers.
  • Creatively inclined; has an eye for new opportunities.
  • Excellent social and communication skills.
  • Very well organized and structured.
  • Proficient with Powerpoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Full-time position / 5 days a week / flexible / at least 3 Saturdays a month.
  • Min. 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar position.
  • Min. 1 year in training experience.
  • Fluent in English & Dutch (French is a pré).
  • Driving license B.
