We're Hiring | Regional Sales Manager – Belgium (Excavators) Company: SANY Benelux B.V. Location: Belgium (with 1 day per week at our Rijswijk office, Netherlands)SANY Benelux B.V., part of the global SANY Group and a leading manufacturer of construction machinery, is strengthening its presence in the Belgian market. We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive the sales of our excavator product line in Belgium.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage sales of SANY excavators in the Belgian marketBuild, support, and manage relationships with local dealers and agentsDirectly develop and maintain key accounts and large customersIdentify new business opportunities and actively grow market shareDefine and execute regional sales strategies in line with company objectivesMonitor market trends and competitor activities, providing regular market feedbackWork closely with internal teams to ensure effective sales, delivery, and customer supportAchieve assigned sales targets and KPIsRequirements3–5 years of experience in the construction machinery industry (excavators or earthmoving equipment preferred)Solid understanding of the Belgian construction machinery marketProven experience working with dealers and key accountsStrong commercial, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsSelf-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working independentlyWillingness to travel within Belgium and attend weekly office days in RijswijkLanguage Skills (Mandatory)Fluent in DutchFluent in FrenchFluent in EnglishWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based incentivesOpportunity to work with a global, fast-growing premium brandInternational and dynamic working environmentLong-term career development opportunities
