This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Regional Sales Director in Europe . In this role, you will strategically drive revenue growth across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, managing both direct sales and a network of international resellers. You will lead a diverse team, build partnerships with government and commercial clients, and execute plans to expand market share for cutting‑edge networking and communications technologies. This position combines hands‑on sales leadership with high‑level strategic planning, providing the opportunity to influence regional business direction, partner ecosystems, and cross‑functional alignment. You will engage with key customers, oversee market development initiatives, and represent the company at trade shows and industry events. The role is dynamic, remote‑friendly, and requires a balance of operational oversight, mentorship, and direct revenue generation. Accountabilities Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive growth across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa Identify, capture, and manage Foreign Military Sales (FMS) opportunities and commercial accounts Lead, mentor, and manage the Europe and MENA sales teams to ensure performance, accountability, and professional growth Oversee partner and reseller relationships, monitoring pipelines, programs, forecasts, and alignment with company goals Represent the company in client meetings, trade shows, conferences, and industry events to build awareness and secure opportunities Collaborate with internal departments, including engineering and business development, to address market‑specific challenges and optimize sales execution Provide strategic input on market entry, partner selection, and business development initiatives Requirements Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical field; Master’s in Business Administration is a plus 10+ years of experience in foreign military sales or international sales of networking and communications systems Proven track record in sales management, revenue growth, and strategic leadership in global markets Experience with project planning, cost estimation, risk management, and partner identification Ability to travel up to 50% of the time U.S. Security Clearance or eligibility to obtain one Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across matrixed organizations Preferred: 15+ years of progressive experience in technical sales and international sales management Benefits Competitive base salary of $180,000–$220,000 per year plus commission based on individual performance Eligibility for sales incentive compensation plans Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance Paid time off and sick leave, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) with company match Tuition assistance, mental health benefits, fitness reimbursement, and pet discounts Flexible remote work options with opportunities to travel for client and partner engagement Why Apply Through Jobgether?
