Recruitment Team Lead – Market Leader (Brussels)Hands-on leadership • End-to-end recruitment • High-performance cultureOur client, a leading player in Brussels, is looking for a hands-on Recruitment Team Lead to guide a team of two consultants while remaining actively involved in end-to-end recruitment and client management.This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys coaching, delivering, and developing strong client relationships in a dynamic, commercial environment.What you will doAs a Recruitment Team Lead, you will balance team leadership with active involvement across the full recruitment lifecycle. You will:Lead, support and mentor a team of 2 recruitersOversee the end-to-end recruitment process: briefing, sourcing, interviewing, client management, offer closingMaintain and grow your own client relationshipsDevelop new opportunities and strengthen existing partnershipsSupport your team in pipeline reviews, prioritization and closingFoster a collaborative, results-driven atmosphereContribute to performance reviews and business planningWhat we're looking for3–5 years' experience in a recruitment agencyStrong background in end-to-end recruitmentFirst experience in coaching, mentoring, or being a reference point within a teamStrong client-facing and relationship-building skillsSales mindset with the ability to identify and create new opportunitiesFluent in English + French or English + DutchProactive, structured, and comfortable working toward targetsWhat's on offerWork for a market leader with a strong reputationLead a small team while still having hands-on impactCompetitive compensation + attractive commission structureReal growth and development opportunitiesA stimulating, energetic and supportive environment
