We have a current opportunity for a Support Team Lead for a multi-national company based in Evere/Brussels on a contract basis.
Description:
As a part of the OCA Support Team (Omnichannel Architecture), you will organize the daily/weekly status call with the relative teams. You will be the owner of these meetings and set/manage them - creating a summary after.
You will manage the status of incidents for OCA Support for TES & TMI. You will understand the status of each incident and proactively deal with them.
Skill Requirement:
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in the IT Division of a corporate company - preferably international and multi-cultural.
You have a profile of leadership capability and able to manage in a multi-cultural environment.
Prior experience as a Team Leader is an asset.
Proficient in English,
