**Team Lead - Salesforce & Technical Teams**

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and mentor a team of **technical professionals (developers, analysts, and consultants)**, ensuring alignment with project goals and best practices.
- Oversee the **design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions**, ensuring quality and scalability.
- Act as a **technical expert**, providing guidance on Salesforce best practices, system architecture, and integrations.
- Work closely with **business stakeholders** to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement and promote **Agile and Scrum methodologies**, ensuring efficient sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery.
- Collaborate with **cross-functional teams** to align technical solutions with business needs.
- Drive **continuous improvement** by optimizing development processes and methodologies.
- Monitor and report on **team performance, project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies**.

**Required Experience & Skills**
- **8+ years of experience** in IT project management, with at least **3-5 years in a leadership role** managing technical teams.
- **Strong expertise in Salesforce** (configuration, customization, integrations, and best practices).
- Experience managing **technical teams (developers, analysts, architects)** in an Agile environment.
- **Deep understanding of Scrum** and Agile principles, with the ability to coach and mentor teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical audiences.
- **Bilingual**: Fluency in **English and French** (spoken and written) is required.
- Immediate availability is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- **Salesforce certifications** (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer, or equivalent).
- **Scrum Master or Agile certification** (e.g., CSM, SAFe).
- Experience in **CRM strategy and digital transformation**.
