As an IT Team Lead, you guide a multidisciplinary IT team responsible for delivering business‑critical digital solutions within Luminus. You combine people leadership, delivery ownership and operational oversight to ensure your team delivers reliably, predictably, with strong quality and collaboration. What you’ll do Lead and support your IT team as a people manager, fostering a safe and inclusive environment built on trust, feedback, wellbeing and growth. Take ownership of delivery, ensuring work is planned and delivered in a predictable and transparent way, and clearly communicate when timelines or scope need to be adjusted. Support an agile way of working, helping the team structure their work, remove impediments and continuously improve — with a pragmatic, hands‑on approach. Work closely with the Product Owner, Architects, Analysts and Developers, acting as a strong counterpart to align priorities, provide context (“the why”) and support sound decision‑making. Own the applications in scope, from development to operational stability (build & run), within a landscape that combines modern cloud solutions and legacy systems. Manage the full HR cycle for your team members (internal & external): coaching, development conversations, performance follow‑up, support and recruitment. What you bring At least 5 years of experience in IT team leadership, delivery and operational environments. Proven experience leading teams in an agile context, with a strong focus on outcomes rather than rigid frameworks. Strong people skills: you help individuals grow, support team dynamics and maintain sustainable ways of working. A proactive, pragmatic attitude and the ability to take decisions in complex and evolving environments. Solid understanding of enterprise IT landscapes, governance and operational constraints. Knowledge in the industry sector is huge plus. Technical affinity: you are comfortable operating in an environment with AWS (serverless/Lambda, containers), .NET, and standard delivery and operational tooling (incident management, CI/CD concepts, monitoring). You don’t need to code, but you understand enough to follow, question and support technical discussions. Fluent in English, with good knowledge of Dutch and/or French. Why join us?
