Smals realiseert innovatieve ICT-projecten in e-government en e-health voor instellingen uit de sociale zekerheid en de gezondheidszorg. Grensverleggende projecten zijn ons werkterrein: , Orgadon, digitalisering van medische voorschriften, raadpleging van de historiek van je loopbaan, snellere doorstroming van testresultaten naar je huisarts...Als Team Lead IT Analysts werk je binnen een team dat op een Agile manier wordt beheerd en ondersteun je andere teamleden.Als teamcoördinator ben je in de eerste plaats een people manager. Je organiseert, leidt en definieert de doelstellingen. Je begeleidt, coacht en motiveert de leden van het team en moedigt hun persoonlijke ontwikkeling aan. Je waakt over een permanente vorming van vaardigheden zodat de expertise van het team verder ontwikkeld kan worden.Tevens sta je zelf ook in als brugfiguur tussen business en IT. Je vormt een spilfiguur met de verschillende betrokken partijen in een project.Je verzamelt en analyseert de behoeften van de business. Deze vertaal je in concrete oplossingen om applicaties te ontwikkelen of te verbeteren. Tevens weet je projecten te leiden of neem je er aan deel zodoende bij te dragen aan het behalen van de afgesproken doelstellingen met de business.Je hebt een masterdiploma en minstens vijf jaar ervaring in het functionele analysedomein.Ervaring in people management is een uitgesproken troef.Je kan vlot communiceren, je bent in staat om prioriteiten te stellen en je kan coördineren en motiveren.Het zijn jouw overtuigingskracht, jouw kritische ingesteldheid, jouw vastberadenheid en jouw verantwoordelijkheidszin die we zoeken.Je bent analytisch ingesteld en weet efficiënt functionele behoeften te identificeren.Je hebt ervaring met Agile methodologie en met tools zoals Jira, SQL en XML.Je hebt een goede kennis van het Frans en het Engels.- Je krijgt een gevarieerde, uitdagende en maatschappelijk relevante job waarbij je bijdraagt aan IT-oplossingen die een belangrijke rol spelen in de samenleving.
