ResponsibilitiesWork as part of an Agile Scrum team with Developers, Testers, Product Owner, and Scrum MasterAnalyze business needs and translate them into clear functional and technical specificationsPerform deep analysis of existing architectures and services to identify improvementsSupport the migration from TIBCO orchestration services to a Java (Spring 5)–based solutionAlign functional and technical analysis with development and testing teamsCollaborate with stakeholders, Business Analysts, and architects to define optimal solutionsParticipate in Agile ceremonies and communicate effectively with internal and external clientsChallenge business requirements and propose alternative or improved solutionsCoach and mentor junior functional analystsIdentify dependencies between deliverables and organize work efficientlyContribute to continuous process improvement and knowledge sharing within the teamSkillsStrong functional analysis experience in complex enterprise environmentsExcellent technical understanding with a strong focus on JavaSolid knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and integration principlesExperience with Agile / Scrum methodologyProven ability to analyze and improve complex systemsKnowledge of TIBCO (preferred)Experience with XSD / XSLT (nice to have)Business knowledge in Mortgage Loans (preferred)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsTeam-oriented mindset with the ability to coach and lead other analysts
