**We are looking for a Functional Analyst to join our team**

In this key role, you will analyze business needs, design effective solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation. You will be responsible for defining functional requirements, aligning technical teams, and supporting the development and deployment processes.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Analyze business problems and propose cost-effective solutions.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements.
- Collaborate with architects and technical teams to design and implement solutions.
- Support development, testing, and deployment phases.
- Ensure compliance with architecture standards and security guidelines.
- Provide post-deployment support and analyze incidents.

**Your Profile**:
**Experience & Technical Skills**
- 6+ years of experience in functional analysis and IT systems.
- Strong understanding of system architecture and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with IT systems and analysis methodologies.

**Soft Skills**
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and methodical.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Adaptability and problem-solving mindset.

**Languages**:

- Fluent in English + Dutch or French.

Although open to technologies used by our customers, ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS seeks mainly but not only consultants mastering: Windows and Linux Servers, networks, developments (JAVA, SAP,.NET, ) as well as highly specialized experts for example in cybersecurity or in Content Management System (CMS) (SharePoint, Drupal, WebLogic ).

In terms of non-technical competencies, ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS hires dynamic persons, open to the world, interested by innovation and having a keen sense of client relationship.

A very good command of English is essential, the capacity to speak French, German or Dutch is an asset.

Even though most of our positions require at least 3 years of experience, some are open to new starters.
- ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS works either in its premises or in our customer’s one, remote activities are sometime possible.
