Functie omschrijving
Voor een firma gelegen te Kapellen zijn we opzoek naar een technische business development manager. Als professional in verkoop, commerciële activiteiten en business development ben je gepassioneerd over netwerken en het zoeken naar commerciële kansen binnen goed gedefinieerde niches in de procesindustrie (Chemisch en Voedsel). We zoeken naar jou om een solide en langdurige commerciële relatie op te bouwen met bestaande en potentiële klanten wereldwijd. Je vertegenwoordigt de organisatie door het commerciële gezicht en het eerste aanspreekpunt van het team te zijn. Wanneer prospects of klanten een nieuw project hebben, zullen ze contact met jou opnemen voor technisch advies en expertise. Je kunt rekenen op je interne verkoopcollega's om je leads op te volgen en te helpen bij het vertalen van de klantbehoefte naar een perfecte oplossing. Om top-of-mind te blijven, volg je nauwlettend de markttrends en voer je diepgaande analyses uit met betrekking tot internationale zakelijke kansen. Je zult rapporteren aan de International Sales Manager, die je zal ondersteunen, begeleiden en zorgen voor je persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
Vereisten
- Gepassioneerd zijn door netwerken en steeds zoeken naar commerciële opportuniteiten
- Meerdere jaren relevante ervaring in B2B-verkoop, bij voorkeur in de procesengineeringsector
- Hogere technische opleiding (Master)
- Analytische, creatieve en goede communicatieve vaardigheden
- Goede kennis Nederlands en Engels
- Je benadert klanten met een langetermijnvisie en een commercieel 'flair'. Kwaliteit en duurzaamheid staan altijd bovenaan je lijst
- Je kunt zelfstandig werken en bent een echte teamspeler
- Vanwege de aard van je werk ben je flexibel en oplossingsgericht met een creatieve mindset
- Reizen naar het buitenland maakt deel uit van je werk en is verrijkend voor jou
Ervaring: Minimum 5 jaar ervaring vereist
Rijbewijs: B (Auto)
Talen: Nederlands: zeer goed, Engels: zeer goed
