Dan hebben wij bij LACO dé uitdaging voor jouWat ga je doen?Als AI-Engineer ben jij de technische spil in het ontwikkelen en implementeren van AI-oplossingen op het Azure-platform. Je werkt nauw samen met data scientists, data engineers en softwareontwikkelaars om schaalbare en betrouwbare AI-modellen te bouwen, finetunen en integreren in de productie omgeving.Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:Het deployen van machine learning modellen via Azure Machine Learning.Het ontwikkelen van pipelines voor data-inname, modeltraining en deployment (CI/CD).Het monitoren, bijsturen en onderhouden van AI-oplossingen in productie.Het toepassen van responsible AI-principes zoals fairness, explainability en privacy.Samenwerken met stakeholders om AI-mogelijkheden om te zetten in waardevolle toepassingen.Wat neem je mee?Bachelor of Master in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science of vergelijkbaar.Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als AI-engineer of ML engineer.Ervaring met Python en ML-frameworks zoals scikit-learn, TensorFlow of PyTorch.Aantoonbare ervaring met Microsoft Azure (AML, Data Lake, Data Factory, DevOps, AKS, ...)Ervaring met MLOps-praktijken: versiebeheer, experimenttracking, pipeline-automatisering.Begrip van CI/CD, containerisatie (Docker), en infrastructure-as-code (ARM, Bicep of Terraform).Vaardigheid in het analyseren van modelprestaties en het doorvoeren van verbeteringen.Sterk analytisch denkvermogen en probleemoplossend vermogen.Wat bieden wij?Uitgebreide opleidingsmogelijkheden door ervaren professionals.Snelle groei binnen een expert-driven omgeving.Een hecht team met regelmatige kennisdelingssessies en events.Dynamische bedrijfscultuur: geniet van leuke evenementen zoals een familiedag, jaarlijkse skitrip, sportevents en game nights.We werken graag samen met zowel werknemers als freelancers.Interesse?Klinkt dit als jouw volgende uitdaging?
