As a rapidly growing company, launched in April 2020, we are looking for new talent to contribute to this transformation. 💡 Join the EU Sales Team as a Sales Support Intern…… is an opportunity to contribute to Merchery’s growth in the European market and be part of an ambitious, fast-scaling project. As a Sales Support Intern, your mission is to provide immediate and effective support to our leads and clients while helping convert opportunities into deals. You’ll guide users through our self-service platform, offer real-time assistance, and collaborate with internal teams to improve client satisfaction and overall conversion. The EU Sales team is structured into two sub-teams: Sales Executives and Sales Support. Sales Executives focus on developing client relationships and closing deals, while the Sales Support team manages incoming requests, supports clients through their journey, and finalizes deals requiring direct assistance. Sitting at the very heart of Merchery’s new strategy, the Support department is currently in full expansion — playing a key role in driving both operational excellence and growth across the European market. We’re now looking for a Sales Support Intern to join this journey and help us build the future of Merchery in Europe. 👉 Responsibilities: As a Sales Support Intern, you will play a key role in helping us: Respond in a reactive and timely manner to incoming requests via chat, email, and phone. Generate Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs) or guide clients to close deals via self-service. Answer unassigned leads and assist them navigating the website. Detect and report issues encountered by users to help improve the experience on the website. Collaborate with the tech team to eliminate friction points and contribute to a smooth user journey. Work closely with the Sales Executives to ensure a seamless lead transmission process. Collect and share feedback from clients to help the team continuously improve our offering. 👀 Could you be the one?
