Learn more at www.twobirds.comAbout the RoleOur Brussels office is seeking a talented Associate with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience to join our Data & Technology team.ResponsibilitiesData protection and privacy (GDPR, cross-border data transfers)AI and emerging technologiesDigital regulation and platform governanceCybersecurity and incident responseCommercial contracts in the tech sectorCopyright and IP issues related to software and digital contentYou will be involved in both advisory and contentious matters, supporting clients on strategic projects, regulatory compliance, and complex transactions.QualificationsHas 2–3 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal team, ideally with exposure to data protection, technology law, or digital regulation.Holds a Belgian law degree and is admitted to the bar (or eligible).Required SkillsDemonstrates strong analytical and drafting skills, with a keen interest in innovation and tech.Is Native in Dutch and Fluent in English and French (additional languages are a plus).Is proactive, collaborative, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, international environment.How to ApplyIf you’re ready to take your career to the next level, please send your CV, cover letter and transcripts to jennifer.laforgia@twobirds.com
