# Wanted: Junior Employment Lawyer# Location: BrusselsVotre fonctionOffrez des services juridiques de haut niveau à une clientèle variée, nationale et internationale, sur des dossiers innovants et passionnants ; Entrez en contact direct avec les clients dès le premier jour ; Elaboration et suivi des politiques RH, reporting, nouvelles contraintes réglementaires au niveau belge et européen ; Rédaction et gestion des contrats d’emploi, licenciements, etc ; Droit collectif du travail : comités d’entreprise européens, élections sociales, gestion des conflits collectifs ; Rémunération et avantages : plans de pension, et autres avantages ; Traiter des dossiers concernant la mobilité internationale et des situations transfrontalières ;Gestion des conflits : contentieux, négociations et résolution des litiges liés aux points ci-dessus.Votre profil1-3 ans d'expérience en tant qu'avocat ; Solide parcours académique en Belgique. Des études complémentaires à l’étranger constituent un atout ;Francophone, avec une excellente connaissance de l'anglais et une bonne maîtrise du néerlandais ;Expertise en droit du travail et de la sécurité sociale.
