You’ll be advising prestigious corporate clients on both Belgian and international employment law matters—covering everything from advisory work and litigation to strategic HR support and cross-border issues.Your functionYou will:Advise on a wide range of individual and collective employment law mattersProvide strategic input on reorganisations, collective dismissals and union negotiationsRepresent clients in legal proceedings and complex negotiationsIntegrate employment law advice into broader corporate and transactional contextsCo-lead client relationships and contribute to business development initiativesMentor junior associates and actively engage in internal knowledge sharingYour profileWe are looking for a dynamic and pragmatic professional with:4 to 10 years of solid experience in employment law in a law firmA Belgian Master’s in Law with strong academic results; an LL.M. in Social Law is a plusNative Dutch proficiency, with excellent command of English; knowledge of French is a bonusA commercial mindset and strong legal drafting skillsThe ability to translate complex legal issues into clear, client-oriented adviceAbout the offerYou’ll join a collaborative and close-knit team where excellence, initiative, and collegiality are key.
