**Function**:
As a lawyer, you will **_handle a wide range of cases_** involving individual and collective labour law.
These include:

- Reviewing and drafting employment and service agreements;
- Supervising individual and collective dismissals;
- Litigation;
- Assisting companies in the employment (national and international) and replacement of executives;
- Outlining competitive remuneration structures;
- Implementing restructuring measures such as collective dismissals and company closures;
- Restraining competition by (former) employees ;
- Advising in the context of collective relations;
- Advising on end-of-career issues, supplementary pensions, privacy

**Profile**:
**_
Master’s degree_** in Law with ideally a **_good academic track record_**. You have a **_strong interest in labour law_** and possibly several years of experience in this field, preferably gained in an international environment. You have an **_excellent knowledge of Dutch_** and a **_good knowledge of English and French_**. You have **_a driven personality_** with **_a practical_** and **_proactive attitude_**, which is reflected in the **_quality of your work_** and **_a smooth writing style_**.
