Senior advocaat arbeidsrecht met 10+ jaar ervaring, sterke technische expertise en bewezen maturiteit als mentor én business developer. Ondernemende, autonome rol met directe impact, ruimte voor praktijkontwikkeling en een duurzaam groeipad binnen de organisatie. Onze cliënt is een Belgisch onafhankelijk advocatenkantoor met kantoren in Brussel en Antwerpen. Zij wensen hun praktijk arbeidsrecht aanzienlijk te versterken door een senior expert aan te trekken die het departement op duurzame wijze kan uitbouwen. In deze rol neemt u een leidende positie op, waarbij u inhoudelijke expertise combineert met ondernemerschap, teamontwikkeling en het aantrekken van cliënten. Uitbouw van een stand-alone employment praktijk binnen het kantoor. Adviseren van cliënten over het volledige spectrum van individueel en collectief arbeidsrecht. Begeleiding bij due diligence-trajecten en employment-gerelateerde aspecten van ondernemingsrechtelijke dossiers waarbij nauw wordt samengewerkt met andere praktijken binnen het kantoor. Opstellen en onderhandelen van arbeidsrechtelijke en arbeidsgerelateerde commerciële contracten. Uitwerken van strategieën rond herstructureringen, betrokkenheid bij onderhandelingen en sociale relaties. Autonome dossierbehandeling van A tot Z, met mogelijkheid tot samenwerking over de verschillende praktijkgroepen heen. Actieve rol in business development en verdere zichtbaarheid van de employment praktijk op de markt. Mentorschap en begeleiding van jongere collega’s, met focus op kennisdeling en teamgroei. Minstens 10 jaar ervaring in arbeidsrecht binnen een Belgisch advocatenkantoor. Belgische Master in de Rechten; bijkomende specialisatie in sociaal recht is een pluspunt. Sterke technische expertise in individueel en collectief arbeidsrecht, inclusief advies, contracten en due diligence-ondersteuning. Aantoonbare ervaring in het uitbouwen van een klantenportefeuille en commerciële initiatieven. Ambitie om een team te ontwikkelen, met bewezen coaching- of mentoringvaardigheden. Vlot in het Nederlands met zeer goede kennis van het Engels; kennis van het Frans is een troef. Professionele maturiteit, ondernemende ingesteldheid en strategisch inzicht in praktijkontwikkeling. Deze rol biedt een unieke kans om een eigen departement uit te bouwen binnen een kantoor dat openstaat voor initiatief, autonomie en duurzame groei. U krijgt de ruimte om uw praktijk, cliënteel en team te ontwikkelen, met ondersteuning van een multidisciplinaire omgeving en een sterke bestaande cliëntenbasis.
