Ants is een digital performance agency. We zijn jong, dynamisch en ietwat atypisch met kantoren in Gent en Antwerpen.   • Je maakt top content, video en geschreven content
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het managen van ons CRM systeem en het laten groeien van de email database
  • Je beheert de website en update deze wanneer nodig
  • Je helpt bij het organiseren van events
  • Je onderzoekt content topics, de laatste trends en blijft up to date met de algoritmes en AI.
  • Je neemt operationele zaken vast zoals nieuwe merchandise zoeken, photoshoots inplannen, opvolgen van onze freelancers, etc…
Je werkdag zou er als volgt kunnen uit zien:

8.30: Ik kom toe op kantoor, zeg dag tegen de collega's aan het koffie machine.

9:00: Social Media: We hebben de opnames van onze podcast ontvangen. Ik bekijk die en haal de relevante snippets eruit die we kunnen posten op de socials.

10:00: Social Media: Ik verzamel input bij de consultants, schrijf, design en plan de social posts in voor de komende week.

12.30: Wekelijkse team lunch op kosten van Ants

13.00: SEO: Schrijf een nieuwe blogpost waar een aantal cruciale keywords in verwerkt zitten zodat Ants beter de zoekintentie capteert ivm het topic AI.

14:00: Brainstorm over een outbound campagne die we met Ants willen lanceren. We denken na over de angles, content en messaging die we hiervoor kunnen inzetten.

15.00: Ik ga langs bij de consultants om input te krijgen voor de wekelijkse newsletter. Ik schrijf een eerste draft en zet deze onmiddellijk in onze CRM ter validatie.

17.00: Ik zit nog kort samen met de marketing lead om de items te bespreken waar ik tegenaan liep vandaag.

17.30: Ik zeg dag tegen de collega's en ga voldaan naar huis.

We zijn op zoek naar…
  • TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta… Deze social media hebben geen geheimen meer voor jou. Je bent gebeten om socials te laten groeien door middel van goede content en kennis van het algoritme.
  • Jij hebt ervaring met grafische programma's zoals figma en canva. Video-editing skills is een grote plus maar geen must.
  • Je kent apps zoals capcut, captions, etc…
  • Je kan goed schrijven, zowel goede captions voor op de socials als emails en langere blogposts.
  • Je bent leergierig en je volgt de evolutie van digital marketing op de voet.
  • Je bent hands-on, niet bang om nieuwe zaken te proberen.
  • Je bent niet vies om ook operationele taken uit te voeren.
  • Je werkt vanuit Antwerpen of Gent.
