We're looking for a Partner Growth Manager to join our Hospitality team. As Partner Growth Manager, you'll be responsible for the growth of existing and development of new strategic partnerships that drive new merchants within the regions of the Benelux market.
This is an exciting opportunity with much ownership and where you build a network for yourself among the extensive ecosystem of Lightspeed partners.
Location: Please note for this role we're looking for someone to join our office in Amsterdam or Ghent.
What you'll be doing:
- You will develop, manage, and fine-tune the pipeline to execute our market strategy in the assigned territories, driving growth and expansion.
- Nurturing our existing strategic partners and ensuring their ongoing success.
- Meeting and exceeding channel sales quotas.
- Providing insightful monthly, quarterly, and yearly pipeline reporting and forecasts.
- Establishing new strategic partnerships through proactive outbound prospecting and inbound qualification.
- Managing the onboarding process for new partners, including training and crafting winning go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborating with Partner Development, Product, Business Development, and sales managers to drive success.
What you need to bring:
- Proven Sales Experience: Account Management, Direct Sales, Business Development or Partnership management (Software sales experience preferred).
- Focused on upselling and finding solutions for your partners.
- Stakeholder management and partnership strategy experience.
- Experience in training, motivating, and fostering relationships with potential partners.
- Fluency in Dutch/Flemish and French is required.
