Network Technician, Cisco ISE, CCNA, NATO Secret We are seeking an experienced Network Technician to provide first and second-line support for network cabling and access layer systems in a secure NATO environment. This role involves troubleshooting, installation, and proactive monitoring of network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve network cabling incidents and problems. Perform installation, moves, and changes for network port and circuit patching. Monitor access layer systems and report potential issues. Operate Cisco ISE for client installations, moves, and changes. Support security assessment setups and carrier connectivity. Supervise and escort external ICT providers. Document network cabling systems with Standard Operating Procedures. Essential Qualifications Good background in LAN cabling support experience with Passive Network Infrastructure systems. Must have experience to CCNA-level Access Layer support experience. Cisco ISE client commissioning and troubleshooting. Cisco DNAc/CCC or equivalent. Cisco Wireless Access Points and configuration changes. Experience with DNS and DHCP.
