Ter uitbreiding van hun team, zoeken wij een ervaren Payroll & HR Officer:

Jouw takenpakket als Senior Payroll Officer:

Je functioneert binnen een team van 7 Payroll & HR Officers, aangestuurd door een teamlead.

Na een inwerkperiode, zal je, in tandem met jouw collega die ook jouw back-up is, verantwoordelijk worden voor de loon- en personeelsadministratie van a tot z voor een 450-tal medewerkers, waarmee je nauw in contact staat.

  • Je werkt nauw samen met de HR BP van de business unit waarvoor jij de hard HR business partner/specialist bent. Als jouw collega-HR BP een nieuwe medewerker aanwerft, komt het dossier van de nieuwe medewerker bij jou en zorg jij voor de verdere verwerking en opvolging, dit tijdens de volledige employee cyclus.
  • Je fungeert als contactpersoon bij sociaal-juridische en andere HR-gerelateerde vragen van de medewerkers onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid (telefonisch, per mail en face-to-face). Hierdoor heb je veelvuldige contacten met de werknemers die jij ondersteunt.
  • In samenwerking met het sociaal secretariaat zorg je voor de maandelijkse loonverwerking. Je werkt hierbij met SuccesFactors en het payroll systeem van het sociaal secretariaat.
  • Je krijgt de kans deel te nemen aan verschillende projecten ter verdere automatisatie en optimalisatie van de hard HR processen en denkt proactief mee over verbeteringsinitiatieven.

‍ Jouw profiel:

  • Bachelor/masterdiploma, aangevuld met minimum een eerste uitgebreide ervaring in het voeren van de loon- en personeelsadministratie (van a tot z) van een complexe organisatie
  • Goede kennis sociale wetgeving, loonbrief kunnen analyseren en toelichten aan medewerkers
  • Communicatief en servicegericht
  • Goed georganiseerd en gestructureerd
  • Nauwgezet en cijfermatig sterk
  • Stressbestendig
  • Kritische instelling (zaken in vraag durven stellen) en initiatieven nemen ter verbetering
  • Goede kennis sociale wetgeving
  • Vlot Nederlandstalig met een goede kennis van het Engels, kennis Frans is een pluspunt
  • Kennis van SuccesFactors is een pluspunt
  • Ervaring met eBlox en/of Protime zijn een pluspunt
