Studio Brussel is de muziekzender van VRT. Muziek, humor en een eigenzinnige blik op de wereld staan centraal. Een straf team van creatieve mediamakers zorgt elke dag voor de beste live radio en unieke social content, helemaal op maat van de Studio Brussel-community. Ben je gepassioneerd door radio? Je bent ondernemend, inspirerend en innovatief
- Je bent de ondernemende coach van een aantal programmateams en creatieve radiomakers. Samen bepalen jullie de vorm, de tone of voice en het concept van hun radioprogramma's.
- Als ervaren mediamaker zet je de grote lijnen uit. Je organiseert en plant het werk in je programmateams. Je stuurt bij waar nodig en zorgt ervoor dat deadlines gehaald worden.
- Je inspireert jouw team en je wakkert goede ideeën aan. Je schept creatieve speelruimte voor jouw medewerkers.
- Je neemt deel aan de dagelijkse redactievergadering. Je denkt mee na over nieuwe projecten en bedenkt originele concepten waarmee Studio Brussel het verschil maakt.
- Je communiceert helder en geeft jouw teamleden duidelijkheid over verwachtingen en doelstellingen.
Ervaring met radiomaken is een must
- Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in de media.
- Je houdt ervan om leiding te geven, je kan mensen enthousiasmeren en feedback geven.
- Je staat met je twee voeten in de wereld en je voelt goed aan wat de mediabehoeften zijn van het Studio Brussel-publiek.
- Je hebt een uitgesproken mening over Studio Brussel en waar de zender naartoe moet. Je weet wat er leeft in de muziekwereld en ver daarbuiten.
- Je denkt out of the box en je weet hoe je creativiteit in een team en bij medewerkers kan stimuleren. Je kan nieuwe concepten vorm en inhoud geven.
- Je bent een bruggenbouwer en een teamspeler, met veel tact en geduld.
- Je hebt voldoende zelfvertrouwen om met stress, kritiek en onverwachte situaties om te gaan. Je werk flexibel organiseren is geen probleem. Desnoods steek je zelf de handen uit de mouwen.
Dynamische omgeving met aandacht voor jouw ontwikkeling
- Je krijgt een contract bepaalde duur van 1 jaar.
- We bieden je een afwisselende job, in een innovatieve context waarbij je de kans krijgt om mee te bouwen aan een VRT die zich richt op de toekomst en waarbij er veel aandacht is voor persoonlijke groei. Je krijgt hierbij ook interne begeleiding en coaching.
