Functie Als service coördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor onderstaande takenpakket: Je onthaalt de klanten aan de balie; Je organiseert en coördineert de herstellingen en het onderhoud van de voertuigen van onze klanten; Je volgt de onderhoudsschema’s van de klanten voertuigen op; Je staat in voor het opmaken, plannen en controleren van de werkorders en communiceert hierover met de werkplaatsverantwoordelijke en het magazijn; Je volgt mee de depannages op zowel administratief als telefonisch:; Je controleert alsook mee de werkuren; Je verwerkt alle gebonden administratie. Profiel Als service coördinator beschik je over de onderstaande kwaliteiten: Je hebt graag contact met klanten zowel aan bij het ontvangst aan de balie als de dienst na verkoop; Ervaring in de automotive sector is een mooie plus, maar geen vereiste. Interesse is een mooie start, wij helpen jou met de rest Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het NL geschreven en gesproken, andere talen zijn een mooie aanvulling; Je bent stressbestendig en oplossing gericht in bepaalde situaties Je kan je vlot administratie te verwerken Zowel in team als individueel kan je aan het werk Je kan je flexibel opstellen een dag functie. De ene week werk je van 8u -17u en een halve zaterdag voormiddag en heb je een compensatie dag en de week nadien werk je van 07u30 - 17uur.
