Job Description:WHO WE ARE: Edda International, a dynamic and rapidly growing European group of companies with an estimated 2024 turnover of 20+ MEUR, 220+ employees and 15+ years of experience. Operating out of Luxembourg and Brussels, Edda International manages large International Institutions Framework Contracts delivering Information Technology services throughout geographical Europe.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Proposal Manager/Writer – International Institutions. We are looking for a Proposal Manager/Writer with full-cycle commercial services proposal management capabilities. The ideal candidate will have flexible availability, based on business needs, and experience in working with European institutions. In this role, you will lead the preparation of high-quality proposals throughout the entire proposal preparation process, covering primarily IT services, digital communication, and sourcing solutions for International Institutions.
YOUR TASKS: You will lead the timely preparation and submission of high-quality proposals, ensuring all requirements are met and proposals are competitive. You will manage relationships with external partners and stakeholders, ensuring overall goals are addressed throughout the bidding process. You will collaborate with internal teams, gathering information to align proposals with the company objectives. You will monitor markets, assessing tender opportunities and identifying the most beneficial for the organisation.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: To be successful in this role, you will need: proven experience in proposal management, particularly in preparing responses for European Union tenders, especially in the Information Technology sector; a solid understanding of Information Technology and sourcing services; strong analytical skills to assess market trends and evaluate opportunities for tender submissions; excellent written expression skills to produce high-quality, well-structured proposal documents; proficiency in English (Level C1/C2) and working knowledge of French; ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with inter-company teams; and flexibility to adapt to varying availability needs.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Permanent employment contract with a leading European technology company. Location: Luxembourg or Brussels, with flexibility to move between sites as required.
