Robert Half is momenteel op zoek naar een Product Owner voor een bedrijf gelegen in Gent. Onze klant is een grote speler binnen de digitale dienstverlening. Je komt terecht in een enthousiast en hecht team, waar ondernemerschap en groei centraal staan. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden: Je bewaakt en ontwikkelt de productvisie en roadmap van het digitale ecosysteem; Je fungeert als centrale schakel binnen het productaanbod en werkt nauw samen met andere Product Owners; Je neemt de lead in de globale planning en voert actieve dialoog met collega's en stakeholders; Je definieert product requirements, vertaalt functionele vereisten en analyseert bedrijfsprocessen; Je stelt prioriteiten op een planmatige en oplossingsgerichte manier, en je beheert verwachtingen helder; Je controleert de kwaliteit van de gerealiseerde oplossingen, en pakt graag ook service-taken op; Je werkt mee volgens de Agile/SCRUM-methodiek en begeleidt klanten en team in backlogbeheer, sprintplanning,...; Je rapporteert geregeld over de projectvoortgang en signaleert proactief verbetermogelijkheden; Je waakt over de uitgaven binnen afgesproken budgetten en stuurt bij waar nodig. De vereiste kwalificaties voor deze functie zijn: Je hebt een brede, generalistische kennis van IT; Je bent een enthousiaste, flexibele teamplayer die samenwerking stimuleert; Je communiceert verbindend en helder, en kan richting geven en teams aansturen; Je beschikt over een sterk analytisch vermogen; Je neemt ownership en bent assertief genoeg om collega's te challengen indien nodig; Je leidt zonder moeite werkgroepen en diverse projecten; Je bent een allround Product Owner die verantwoordelijkheid neemt in alle IT-projectfasen; Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands; Je hebt minstens 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring als Product Owner.
