En tant que Project Manager, vous collaborez étroitement avec l'équipe de développement et prenez en charge un ou plusieurs projets immobiliers, depuis les premières esquisses jusqu'aux réceptions provisoires et définitives. Vous composez et coordonnez l'équipe de conception, en assurant une communication fluide entre les bureaux d'études, l'architecte et les différents intervenants. Garant des coûts et du planning, vous veillez au bon déroulement du projet et participez également à la préparation des supports de commercialisation (documents de vente, dossiers marketing). Vos responsabilités: Phase de conception Pilotage du projet depuis la préparation du dossier administratif de permis jusqu'à la soumission. Garantie du respect des bonnes pratiques dans le choix des matériaux et solutions constructives. Participation à la procédure de soumission (entreprise générale ou lots séparés), analyse et comparaison des offres. Contribution active aux négociations et à la conclusion des contrats. Phase chantier Suivi rapproché de l'exécution en entreprise générale et participation aux réunions de chantier. Gestion et contrôle des aspects administratifs liés au projet. Collaboration avec le département Finances pour le contrôle des états d'avancement, décomptes, coûts et facturations. Coordination des livraisons des espaces communs et privatifs en fin de projet, en lien avec le syndic. Votre profil Ingénieur civil, industriel en construction ou ingénieur-architecte, avec une expérience de minimum 5 à 10 ans en gestion de chantier, idéalement chez un entrepreneur ou un promoteur immobilier. Excellentes compétences en gestion de projet : rigueur, organisation, anticipation. Capacité à mener plusieurs projets simultanément. Aisance dans la coordination d'équipes, la communication et la négociation. Autonomie, maîtrise technique avancée et forte orientation solutions. Flexibilité, débrouillardise et intérêt marqué pour les technologies innovantes. La connaissance du néerlandais constitue un atout.
