Sales & Business Developer (NL/FR) @Ring Twice

Are you a natural closer with the drive to build something from the ground up? Ring Twice is looking for a bilingual (NL/FR) Sales & Business Developer to grow our professional service provider segment.

Your mission: convince independent pros (plumbers, electricians, gardeners, etc.) that Ring Twice is the key to growing their business. You'll handle inbound leads, hunt for new ones, and shape the strategy to make this market thrive.

What is the role about?

We are currently looking for an outstanding Sales & Business Developer to take charge of our inbound and outbound sales strategy. Your mission will be to demonstrate to professional service providers how Ring Twice can transform their activities and help them develop their businesses. Our customer segment is primarily self-employed professionals such as plumbers, gardeners, electricians, and more. This is a hands-on role for someone who truly has the sales fiber, is eager to develop the professional service provider segment, and is ready to work side by side with our existing marketing & sales team to take this part of our business from 1 to 10.

You will need to understand the business needs of these professionals and adapt our solution to meet those needs. You'll be working closely with another team member in sales, so collaboration and complementing each other's strengths is key.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify and convert inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website forms, and referrals.
  • Close deals efficiently, ensuring a high conversion rate from inbound sources.
  • Analyze and optimize lead conversion rates to maximize inbound effectiveness.
  • Define and execute outbound strategies (automated emailing, LinkedIn outreach, industry events, etc.).
  • Develop new acquisition channels (strategic partnerships, referrals, networking).
  • Analyze lead sources and customer behavior to refine sales tactics and improve our product.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to enhance lead quality and alignment.
  • Monitor sales KPIs and adjust strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Implement tools (CRM automation, sales enablement) to improve efficiency.

Must-have requirements

  • You speak and write fluently Dutch & French.
  • Strong sales skills – proactive, persuasive, and results-driven.
  • Excellent phone communication, listening, and writing skills.
  • A self-starter with a proven track record of success in sales.
  • Experience with sales processes in start-ups or scale-ups.
  • A determined personality with a drive to grow and win.
  • Outgoing, curious, and a strong relationship builder.

Nice-to-have requirements

  • You are comfortable with English, as our team communicates in English when gathered.
  • Previous experience in the service sector is a plus.
  • Familiarity with IT and sales software.

Our offices are located in BeCentral, literally above the Central Station of Brussels. Homeworking is obviously possible (and encouraged up to 2 days/week), but we believe bringing people together gives the best outcome. For this reason, we are not looking for a full-remote candidate.
