Senior Enterprise Architect We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Architect to lead the design and modernization of our solution architectures. About the Role: This is a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to drive strategic architecture initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and consumer-centric transformations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solution architecture, excellent collaboration skills, and experience working with IT and business stakeholders. Define and validate solution architectures for consumer-centric product clusters, ensuring alignment with product teams. Document and maintain current and future enterprise landscape diagrams and architectural artifacts, collaborating with business, domain, and solution architects. Conduct trade-off analyses of architecture options and advise other architecture disciplines on optimal solutions. Translate functional and non-functional requirements into solution building blocks using established styles and patterns. Align stakeholders across product organizations, architecture teams, and delivery teams to ensure cohesive design decisions. Develop and present architectural designs following governance processes, including participation in review boards using techniques like ADR and Atam. Key Skills and Qualifications: Solution Architecture Business Process Analysis Architecture Documentation Architecture Trade-off Analysis Stakeholder Alignment Integration Design Application Architecture Domain Driven Design Facilitation Communication Agile Way of Working Team Collaboration Autonomy Pragmatic Result Orientation Qualifications: Minimum 6 years of proven experience as a Solution Architect interacting with business and technical stakeholders. Proven experience in analyzing and documenting cross-functional end-to-end business processes. Proven experience in enterprise-level B2B and B2C portal strategy.
