Jouw opdracht
De paralegal Insurance Expert is de persoon binnen Carrefour België verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van verzekeringen en sinisters van Carrefour België en haar franchisenemers.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
U bent, samen met de ‘manager Verzekeringen’ verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de verzekeringen in de brede zin bij Carrefour België. U beheert, onderhandelt en volgt de contracten op die Carrefour België met haar verzekeraars en makelaars aangaat. U voorziet de opvolging en correcte afloop van de verzekeringsdossiers bij Carrefour. U bent de contactpersoon bij Carrefour voor alle verzekeringsgerelateerde zaken binnen Carrefour België en staat in nauw contact met de verschillende verzekeringsmakelaars en verzekeraars. U adviseert en begeleidt de verschillende diensten van Carrefour België over het beheer, behandeling en afloop van verzekeringsdossiers. U staat in nauw contact met het departement Verzekeringen van Carrefour Group en werkt samen met hen om continue synergie te creëren binnen de Groep. U staat in voor de opleidingen en informatie aan de relevante interne diensten met wie je nauw samenwerkt. U denkt proactief na over verbeteringen die mogelijk zijn in de huidige procedures om ieders werk zo simpel en vlot mogelijk te maken. U bent verantwoordelijk voor het administratief beheer van alle verzekeringsgerelateerde zaken zoals beheer van contracten, facturatie, stand van zaken van rechtszaken, … U bent, samen met de andere paralegals, verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de post bestemd voor de juridische dienst van Carrefour BelgiumJouw profiel
U bent minstens in het bezit van een Bachelor diploma (bij voorkeur Rechtspraktijk of Verzekeringen). U heeft minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring in de verzekeringssector of als paralegal. U bent tweetalig in het Nederlands en Frans met een goede kennis van het Engels. U heeft ervaring in het beheer van verzekeringsdossiers en verzekeringsovereenkomsten.Ons aanbod
