Partner Success Manager We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partner Success Manager to join our Partners Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Job Description: About the Role: Create and implement strategic account plans that align with business objectives and enhance partner satisfaction. Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with key partners. Develop and execute innovative projects based on market trends and partner requirements. Analyze data and reporting tools to monitor partner activity and satisfaction. Lead negotiation processes with partners to secure mutually beneficial deals. Requirements: Key Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 6 years of proven experience in key account management with large corporate clients or partners. Background in HR services or fintech environment preferred. Native Dutch speaking person. Full professional proficiency in French. Good knowledge of English is an asset.
