Robert Half Talent Solutions est à la recherche d'un avocat spécialisé en droit de la construction m/f/x pour un de ses clients, un cabinet d'avocats réputé de Bruxelles. Votre profil Vous êtes un(e) avocat(e) passionné(e) par le droit de la construction ? Vous avez un minimum de 4 ans d'expérience pertinente dans ce domaine et souhaitez évoluer au sein d'un environnement dynamique et intellectuellement stimulant ? Cette opportunité est pour vous Ce qu'on cherche : Master en droit (université belge) ; Une solide expérience (min 4 ans) en droit privé de la construction (surtout litiges et contentieux) ; Une expérience en marchés publics - exécution est préférable ; Une expérience en marchés publics - passation est un atout ; Langues : FR - langue maternelle (ou équivalent) / EN - très bon niveau / NL - c'est un plus ; Personnalité : un/une teamplayer capable de travailler en autonomie ; Un esprit rigoureux, analytique, assertif et une approche pragmatique dans la résolution des problématiques rencontrées.
