Datacenters zijn de motoren van digitale continuïteit en jij bent de piloot die ze laat draaien. Niet in de spotlight, maar wél onmisbaar. Ben jij klaar om een kritische IT-infrastructuur naar een hoger niveau te tillen? Wat deze rol écht betekent Je bent de architect van betrouwbaarheid en de herder van systemen die 24/7 moeten staan. Dit is niet zomaar IT-beheer, dit is controle over uptime, stabiliteit en veiligheid. Je houdt het hoofd koel tijdens incidenten, en de blik scherp bij toekomstige groei. Dat is wat deze job zo uitdagend en belonend maakt. Functieomschrijving Wat je gaat doen Operaties runnen & bewaken Zorgdragen voor de dagelijkse werking van ons datacenter Incidenten razendsnel identificeren, escaleren en oplossen Preventief onderhoud en capaciteitsplanning organiseren Processen & governance verfijnen Meebouwen aan kwaliteits- en veiligheidskaders (ITIL/ISO-stijl) SLA’s, risicoanalyses, auditmateriaal en rapportering opvolgen Change management in goede banen leiden Projecten & evoluties sturen Grote datacenterprojecten coördineren: uitbreiding, migraties en technologievernieuwing Nieuwe systemen testen en live brengen met impactanalyse en fallbackplannen Stakeholders & leveranciers aansturen Externe partners, technische teams en facilities (Power/HVAC/Netwerk) synchroniseren Budgetten opstellen, onderhandelen en monitoren Profiel Wie je bent Je bent niet enkel een techneut, je bent een denker én doener: Ervaring met datacenterinfrastructuren, servers, netwerken, storage en redundantie-conceptenur Je durft beslissingen te nemen en verantwoordelijkheid te dragen IT governance (bijv. ITIL/ISO) is geen onbekende meer voor jou Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands & Engels (Frans is een plus) Aanbod Van € 5.500 tot € 7.000 per maand Wat je hiervoor terug krijgt Een sleutelpositie binnen een missie-kritische IT-omgeving Hybride werken & flexibiliteit Aantrekkelijk salaris + extralegale voordelen Ruimte om processen, teams en resultaten écht te ownen Samenwerking met topteams in IT, Facilities en Operations
