Overview Join to apply for the Quality Officer Offshore Construction role at Pauwels Consulting . Join a groundbreaking project aimed at revolutionizing renewable energy transmission in the North Sea. As part of this innovative energy hub initiative, you will play a vital role in ensuring quality across all dimensions of the Island Package. Responsibilities You report directly to the Interface & Quality Manager. You manage and follow-up on all quality-related topics within the Island package. You serve as the point of contact for all quality assurance issues within the package scope, collaborating internally and with the EPC Contractor. You implement and monitor the Project Quality Management System and performance. You review and challenge quality documentation from the EPC Contractor and Subcontractors. You actively participate in internal and external audits. You support quality control activities during the delivery phase and follow up on non-conformities and quality risks. What are we looking for? You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in quality management. You possess experience in major offshore, EPCI, or maritime projects . You have a background in civil works . You hold a relevant educational qualification, technical bachelor/master or equivalent experience. You have strong computer and data skills . You are an excellent communicator. You demonstrate a structured, proactive, and precise working style. You are a team player who can inspire others regarding quality. You are fluent in English ; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
