Visit www.be.sodexo.comYour Mission Are you a Freelance HR Legal Counsel and are you looking for a new assignment and role with autonomy , responsibility , and tangible impact within social relations and HR processes?We are looking for an experienced HR Legal Counsel with a strong passion for social law to strengthen our Social Relations team for a 6-month temporary assignment. The assignment runs from 23 March to 7 September .You thrive in a dynamic HR environment and act as a trusted sparring partner for colleagues and stakeholders, combining solid legal expertise with a pragmatic and collaborative approach .In this role, you will have the opportunity to:provide various legal advice to HR Business Partners and operational teamsactively participate in HR projects and social negotiationsanalyse the application of CLA 32bis and support negotiations during clients contract transfersdraft and update company-level CLAs, work regulations and individual contractsmonitor social disputes and act as a contact point for external lawyersstay up-to-date with social legislation and advise internal stakeholdersWhat do you bring?
