Ben jij een ervaren jurist met strategisch inzicht en een passie voor ondernemingsrecht? Als Senior Legal Counsel krijg je de kans om het juridisch beleid vorm te geven binnen een ambitieuze Belgische groep in de consultancy- en servicesector in Antwerpen. Je werkt nauw samen met het management en de Raad van Bestuur, beheert complexe dossiers en biedt advies bij belangrijke strategische beslissingen. Een uitdagende rol met directe impact op de groei van de organisatie Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Senior Legal Counsel: Juridisch leiderschap en strategisch klankbord. Opstellen, onderhandelen en optimaliseren van contracten. Advies over vennootschapsrecht, M&A-transacties en corporate governance. Uitbouwen van compliance en risicobeheer (GDPR, ESG). Aansturen van externe advocaten en stroomlijnen van interne processen. (Optioneel) Coaching en ontwikkeling van een compact legal team. Ideale profiel als Senior Legal Counsel: Master in de rechten met een minimum van 8 jaar relevante ervaring. Expertise in ondernemingsrecht, contractenrecht en M&A. Ervaring in een corporate of consultancyomgeving. Strategisch denker met business sense, communicatief sterk en discreet. Talenkennis: Nederlands & Engels (Frans is een plus). Het aanbod: Een brutoloon van €6.000 - €8.000/maand (afhankelijk van ervaring). Netto vergoeding en bonussyteem. Bedrijfswagen (premium segment) + tankkaart. Maaltijd- en ecocheques.
