Identifiant de la demande: 5988- Lieu de travail: BRUXELLES, BE, 1000**Senior Legal Counsel - Hydrogen** Within the T&G team, Engie is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to support the development of its Hydrogen projects. **Reporting line** Head of Legal Flexible Generation Europe **Mission** Provide legal support to hydrogen projects developed by Engie (alone or with partners) in Europe, including drafting and negotiation of construction contracts; PPA’s; offtake contracts, subsidy agreements; shareholder agreements, **Location** ENGIE HQ in Brussels, Belgium Available for occasional traveling abroad **Internal** interfaces** Hydrogen Business Developers Procurement Officers Technical Managers Regulatory Affairs Flexible Generation Europe Management ENGIE Legal Line **External interfaces** (Potential) partners, sellers, buyers,and their respective teams and counsel External counsel and technical experts; advisors; Public authorities: ministries, administrations, regulators, **Degree and experience** Law degree from a reputable university At least 8 years of relevant practice in a law firm or, alternatively, in a large multinational corporation Hands-on experience in conducting complex project development and financing **Languages** Fluent in French and English Any other European language (Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese,) is a plus **Skills** Ability to provide commercially sound legal advice Attention to details and legal acumen Outstanding writing and presentation skills Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills Teamplayer Flexible and stress-resilient Self-starter Respectable, professional, ethical, fair, trustworthy - Unité commerciale: Corporate- Division: CORP - DGA Transformation et Géographie- Entité légale: ENGIE CC- Type de contrat: Durée indéterminée- Expérience professionnelle: Senior (expérience >15 ans)- Niveau d'instruction: Bac+4 / Bac + 5 (Master, MBA)
