Job Description:
  • You actively participate in project management in terms of budget, schedule, scope, subcontractors, quality, safety, and client interfacing.
  • You manage the activities of the site: logistics, safety, timeline, and quality.
  • You ensure the administrative processes related to the projects with the different stakeholders (electricity network providers, governmental bodies, subcontractors, etc.).
  • You review the results of the designs and bring some modifications if required.
  • You support the (pre)sales team with the technical elements of the proposal including budgeting.
  • You report to the Operations Director and support the project management cycle from A to Z for energy transition projects in Belgium (photovoltaic, hydrogen, hydraulic,…) and in a later phase abroad.

What do we expect from you?

  • You have an engineering degree and a first successful experience in Renewable Energy or in the Solar PV Industry.
  • You have relevant experience in 2D modeling via AutoCad or similar tools.
  • You have a track record in project management, site management, and engineering.
  • You are a real problem-solver who can keep your focus under pressure.
  • You are a team player motivated by achieving results with the team.
  • You are autonomous, hands-on, and result-oriented.
  • Your motivation, involvement, and technical skills will be the keys to your success.
  • You are able to work based on existing processes.
  • You are based in Belgium and have excellent language skills in French and are able to express yourself in English and Dutch.
