What you'll build and who you'll work with Support tools & systems : Sophisticated platforms that empower our support team to deliver exceptional member experiences Operational solutions : Systems that combine technical excellence with a deep understanding of support workflows and member needs Automated support workflows : AI-driven automation that handles routine tasks, letting our support team focus on complex member needs and relationship building Role You'll lead 6-15 engineers across multiple crews, working closely with product managers, support operations, and data scientists. You're the bridge between cutting-edge AI technology and real member impact.
