You’ll be the central point of contact for transport-related questions, provide operational support to internal teams, and help analyse performance data that drives strategic decisions.This position is ideal for graduates or early-career professionals who want to grow in transport, logistics and data analysis.🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesOperational SupportMonitor daily shipping activities from regional distribution hubsTrack & trace priority transport lanes to ensure on-time deliverySupport claim handling with logistics partners and assist with customer transport issuesServe as the main contact for the Customer Service team to resolve en‑route incidentsAssist with transport bookings for special or non-standard shipmentsHelp maintain documentation and update SOPsAnalytics & ReportingAnalyse transport performance data and support cost‑saving initiativesPrepare KPI‑based reports and volume/cost analyses for regional stakeholdersProvide transport-related input for the Monthly Operations ReportLiaise with the Freight Bill Audit & Payment providerInvestigate transport invoice discrepancies and support issue resolutionAssist with data and coding corrections in the freight invoicing system🧩 Your profileFirst experience or strong interest in transportation, forwarding or logistics operationsStrong analytical skills and attention to detailExcellent command of English (Dutch is a plus)Proficiency in MS Office, especially ExcelBasic knowledge of logistics processes and IncotermsA proactive, collaborative mindset and willingness to support the team🚀 What's in it for you?An interim contract with high chance to evolve in permanent contract after positive evaluationA strong entry point into international logisticsExposure to both operational and analytical responsibilitiesOpportunity to develop expertise in transport coordination and data-driven decision makingA supportive, multicultural working environment where you can grow your career2 home office days / week40 hour work weekInterested?
