Deze analist zal ons team Engagement Technologies helpen bij de implementatie van strategische initiatieven. Als Business Analyst word je verantwoordelijk voor: Het vertalen van business noden in heldere en bruikbare vereisten voor digitale oplossingen. Het organiseren van testprocessen en hun uitvoering, samen met de business om te bepalen of de oplossing voldoet aan verwachtingen. Het monitoren van veranderingen door trainingsmateriaal te voorbereiden en training te geven aan eindgebruikers. Het documenteren van processen en het communiceren van veranderingen zodat iedereen het duidelijk heeft begrepen. **Skills en Qualificaties** Ervaring als Business Analyst en affiniteit met change management. Gestruktueerde werking, initiatief nemen en bewondering voor voortgang. Oog voor kwaliteit en efficiëntie. Mensen kunnen overtuigen van verandering. Analytisch sterk en vertrouwd met tools zoals Excel, MS Visio, PowerPoint. Resultaatgericht en sterke delivery mindset. Universitair diploma, hoger niet-universitair diploma of gelijkwaardige beroepservaring. **Voordelen** Loonpakket met veel voordelen. Flexibele werkuren. Thuiswerken tot 3 dagen per week.
