If yes, we want you on our teamYour Mission : You’ll play a key role in shaping INNO’s e-commerce transformation. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, business, UX/UI, and IT, to define requirements, optimize customer journeys, and deliver impactful digital experiences. What You’ll DoAnalyze business needs and identify opportunities for digital improvementOrganize and lead workshops with stakeholders to clarify scope and prioritiesTranslate concepts into clear user stories, epics, and functional requirementsValidate feasibility and ensure alignment with technical and business objectivesCollaborate with Product Owners, UX Designers, and developers in agile sprintsDocument “to-be” processes for operational readiness and trainingSupport testing phases (functional and user acceptance) and resolve issues during developmentMonitor and report progress, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements What We’re Looking ForMinimum Bachelor’s degree in e-commerce4–5 years of experience in business analysis within digital/e-commerce projectsStrong commercial experience and ability to unite cross-functional teamsPassion for e-commerce (retail preferred) and deep understanding of customer needsStrong understanding of UX/UI principles and agile methodologiesExcellent communication, problem-solving skills and agilityExperience with tools like Jira, Confluence Why Join Us?Be part of a major digital transformation in a leading retail brandWork in a dynamic, collaborative environmentCompetitive salary and benefits package QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceFluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Strong written, verbal and collaboration skillsFluent in English, French or Dutch
